You can think of me as your personal meditation coach, helping bring peace back into your life.
I’ve been meditating for years. It helped me get through some of the most difficult and stressful periods of my own life - from the time I spent gold mining in the dangerous Yukon backwoods to the time I spent in courtrooms after my long and painful divorce. Meditation even helped reduce the ongoing pain from my Fibromyalgia - a condition I was diagnosed with over 10 years ago.
More than just the relaxation benefits, meditating has also allowed me to find my independence and to reignite the spark in my soul that, at times, was difficult for me to access.
After seeing the numerous and ever-growing ways meditation was serving me in my life, I knew it was time to share my gift and my practise with the world. I decided I would learn as much as I could about meditation and found myself immersed in Deepak Chopra’s Primordial Sound Meditation technique, eventually being accepted onto the teacher’s path at The Chopra Center in Carlsbad, California.
After all I’ve been through in my past, I never take life too seriously anymore - and I like to treat meditation the same way. Sure, the scientific and health benefits are very real, but you don’t have to sit cross-legged on a mountaintop to see the results. In fact, I prefer sitting in a comfy chair or on a plush cushion, wrapping myself in a cozy blanket with some easy listening music in the background, and surrounding myself with a group of amazing friends.
And that’s what I want for you, too.
My favourite way to teach is through my curated Group Meditation Parties, where you gather in your own home or office space - no rules, just relaxation. Whether you’re a first timer meditator or a seasoned pro, I’m here to help you rest, rejuvenate and reignite your very own spark.
